Q: I have a large project that requires a larger quantity than the current stock, how can I order more?

A: Our website quantities allow a variance from our physical stock to accommodate our in-store sales. If our online stock is not enough for your project needs contact us and we can confirm our available stock quantities and we can arrange a pre-order for additional stock to cater for your event and/or project if required. We are constantly restocking our products and can confirm the lead times on any inquiry. To order we require a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining cost prior to shipping or on collection. Q: Do you have payment plans?

A: We offer Afterpay and Paypal which does have a pay in 4 method.

Q: I have an event coming up, Can you manage my Florals?

A For stock purchases: Our warehouse is situated in Arundel QLD, all of our online and showroom sales are managed from this premises. If you are a local resident you can visit our showroom to make purchases and you are also able to collect your online order from this location.

A For events in Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounds: We have an events team and our local showroom located on the Gold Coast and we can cater for Weddings and events covering Brisbane, Gold Coast, and surrounding areas. We can offer a full delivery/pack down service and can cater for large events including Weddings, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, and Corporate events. Q: Do you have a minimum spend?

A: No we dont have a minimum spend or MOQ's on any of our products.

Q: Can You Send me more Photos of a product?

A: Of course, please send us an email at hello@wildblooms.com.au or send us a text message on 0459363343 and we would be happy to do so.

Q: The product is sold out, when do you re-stock and can I be notified?

A: We regularly restock all of our items quite frequently and can advise on lead times for any items that are out of stock, you can also sign up to the waitlist for an item and receive a notification when the product is restocked.

Q: Can I be notified when new products have been added to the collection?

A: You can be notified of upcoming products by signing up for our mailing list below. We also regularly post updates and promotions on our instagram. When we add a new product to our website you can find them on our New Products Page.

Q: Do you offer trade discounts?

A: Yes we do, If you are in the industry e.g. event planner, florist, and are an ABN/ACN holder please click here to apply.

Q: I am looking for some flowers that are not on your website. I am wondering if you have them or can source them in?

A: Keeping a website up to date with our new products takes time and whilst we always endeavour to do so we may have some additional products that have not yet been uploaded or are on clearance in our showroom. If we do not have what you are looking for in stock we may be able to order the product, please reach out to us to see what we can do for you.

Q: Where do you post and how long is the postage?

A: We currently post Australia-wide and to the United states of America. Standard postage within NSW, VIC, and QLD and some parts of ACT are 2-4 business days. Postage to all other Australian states please allow approximately 1-2 weeks. For our Australian customers if you require a product urgently please contact us via email or text and we can arrange an express shipment for you.

For Customers in the USA, NZ,UK and Canada we ship all custom made bouquets, arbour pieces, wedding arrangements and most of our product range. Dried products are currently unavailable for international shipping at this time but stay tuned!. Shipping lead times are currently 5-10 business days with express shipping and 7-15 business days standard shipping. As this service is provided by a third party service these times may change and we will provide any updates on delays to your order where possible.

Shipping for other countries is currently not available but stay tuned! Please note that shipping times are approximate and as we use third-party postage services times are out of our control.

Q: Do you have a showroom?

A: Yes we have all our artificial flowers and dried and preserved items on display in our gold coast flower showroom located in Arundel , our flower showroom is approx 1 hour drive from brisbane city. We are by APPOINTMENT ONLY please see our contact page for more info.
